We're tucked into a quiet side street in the centre of Ninh Binh town, just a short ride from the Trang An gate that opens up to all the famous scenic spots in the region. From our door it's about ten minutes to Trang An, the Vinmart supermarket, ATMs, and the train and bus station. Tam Coc, Bich Dong, Hoa Lu, Kenh Ga, Bai Dinh Pagoda and Cuc Phuong National Park are all easy day trips. The street itself stays peaceful, so you can wander out into the action and come back to a quiet night's sleep.
Check-in is open from 14:00 until 23:30, and check-out is between 12:00 and 12:30. Arriving earlier or leaving later? Let us know in advance and we'll do everything we can to fit your travel plans. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so whenever you walk in, someone will be there with a smile and a key.

We sit about 135 km south of Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, right in the heart of Ninh Binh town. The bus from Hanoi is the cheerful budget option, but if you'd rather skip the hassle after a long flight, our private pickup service collects you straight from arrivals and drives you to our front door. A nap on the back seat is allowed and even encouraged.
We do. Share your flight number and arrival time with us, and we'll have a driver waiting for you in the arrivals hall, name in hand, ready to drive you straight to the hotel. Same for the drive back when it's time to head home, so your last memory of Vietnam isn't a stressful one.

Very. Every room has soundproof windows or double-glazed doors that keep the world outside, well, outside. Combined with our peaceful side-street location, our guests often tell us it's the best night's sleep they've had on the whole trip. We take that compliment seriously.
Not at the hotel itself, no. There is a public swimming pool within easy walking distance though, and our reception team is happy to point you in the right direction or arrange a quick ride.
Of course. Drop your bags with us before check-in, after check-out, or any time in between if you're heading off for a day trip. There's no charge, and your luggage is kept safely behind reception until you come back for it.
Yes, we really recommend it, especially during peak holiday season. Booking ahead means we can lock in the best boats on the river, your favourite cooking class, and timings that fit around the rest of your trip. Our tour partners are happy to help you plan, with honest local advice about what's worth your time and what isn't.
To keep every room fresh for the next guest, the hotel itself is strictly non-smoking. If your room has a balcony, you're more than welcome to step out there for a quiet smoke whenever you like.
